What we collect

When you submit the enquiry or assessment form on this website, we collect the information you provide: name, company (optional), email address, phone number, city or project location, service interest, project stage and your message. We also capture technical context such as the page you submitted from, referrer and UTM parameters, to help route your enquiry correctly.

Why we collect it

Solely to understand, qualify and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell this information. If you separately opt in to marketing updates via the optional consent checkbox, we will use your email for that purpose until you withdraw consent.

Who processes it

Enquiry data is currently delivered by email to KINNEX's enquiry inbox (connect@kinnex.in) via our website hosting provider. PENDING: a full list of processors (hosting, SMTP/email delivery, analytics if enabled, spam-prevention services) will be documented here once each is finalised for production.

Retention

PENDING: KINNEX's lead retention and deletion schedule is being defined and will be reflected here before this policy is treated as final. Until confirmed, enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and act on your enquiry.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, by contacting connect@kinnex.in. PENDING: a specific grievance / data-protection contact will be confirmed and published here, and this policy will be reviewed against the applicable Indian Digital Personal Data Protection framework before launch.
